Gelato Dolce
Luxurious, hand-made Italian ice-cream, made right here in Christchurch, experience the delicious combination of fresh, local produce and the finest Italian ingredients! From October through to April you will find our gelato being sold from picturesque red and white gelato carts at various markets, festivals and summertime events, and in Cathedral Square.

BBQ Cartel
As much as we love to serve, we love to create. Our pit masters are true masters of their craft. Through years of practice they intuitively know exactly when to flip a brisket, what spices make a perfect rub and how to keep the embers burning at just the right heat to lock in flavours and juices. BBQ Cartel is made up of four key BBQ styles: American, Argentinian, Asian Fusion and Kiwi. Our BBQ styles are an art that must be mastered through experience, and it makes for a difference you can taste in the food we create.
Herba Gourmet
Hi we are herba, we make food. Wholesome, honest food. Whether it’s crumbed, fried, spiced or slow cooked to melt, and sat on a fresh, crisp or grainy bed, it’s a box of nutrient-rich, tasty goodness; and you can bet a side of our crispy kumara ribbons that it’s gluten, sugar and dairy-free — it’s just how we cook.
Gelatiamo
Gelatiamo serves authentic Italian Gelati and Sorbetti in cup, cone and as Luxurious Sundaes. The artisanal Ice Creams are sold from a bespoke Van that gives the Feeling of a small Gelateria on Wheels.
