Superluxe Culinary Creative, Jonny Schwass, has made it his mission to showcase the food of the region he loves. Akaroa Salmon gently smoked over oak wood collected by the arborists at the Botanic Gardens, Line caught Tuna from Dusky Sound harvested by Gravity Fishing, Stonyhurst Lamb from the 150 year old farm-cured, smoked and roasted over hot coals. Hand made pasta from millmore grains finished with Waipara Valley truffle. It’s all about the best food the region has to offer.
