TableHub allows event owners to demonstrate sustainability within their event by removing the need for printed material. Table numbers, menus and program content can all be displayed in a visually eye catching medium. TableHub empowers event sponsors to engage with the attendee directly at the table.

TableHub enables deeper levels of engagement for the event attendee with custom content that draws guests in encourages participation. Our team can work with you to create bespoke content for your event, or you can provide us with content ready to load.

TableHub can be used in Loop, Cued or Cued Premium modes of operation.

Loop - a programmed sequence of content that is pre-set and repeats throughout the event. Set and forget a looping video or several videos/stills/motion graphic animations joined into one file. Looped is great for more generic, background content such as showcasing sponsors, promo videos or other branding.

Cued - preloaded content that is delivered on cue, according to the run sheet, called by an event producer and activated by a TableHub operator working in tandem with the event producer and AV team. Cued is effective for managing content in a way that optimises the guest experience and engages people in the context moment by moment.

Cued Premium - in addition to all the features of Cued, Cued Premium provides pre-loaded touch screen content that all event participants can interact with e.g event programme, guest name and table search for networking, menu and beverages list.
